Images are free to use in your personal or commercial work, but you may not re-share,distribute ,or claim/infer them to be your own. You may sell your handmade art with LONS images, however images are not to be used in part or whole on/for collage sheets/CD's or any type of Digital download
I buy and sell old photos and when buying in bulk you have to take the bad with the good. I love the old images and no matter what the condition they come in I can see past all the flaws and appreciate them for the wonderful story they tell. When the images are just not in good enough shape to put up in my Etsy shop I hang on to them for my own collection, and often use them in my art work.
Here are a few family portraits I kept for my stash that where less than perfect but still had a great tale to tell. I did play around with the contrast due to the fact that they were pretty dark. The bottom image is one of my all time favorites I'm not sure why but I love it.
Hope you can look past all the scratch, dents and faded faces and find a way to give these folks a chance to tell their tale.

Thanks so much! These are just wonderful. I love old family photos, and it sometimes makes me sad to see them abandoned in shops and antique stores. I'm so glad you rescued these! 8-)
